The relative lack of long term capital for sizeable real estate projects in Argentina presented a unique investment opportunity. Capitalizing on favourable real estate market fundamentals, Pegasus Group launched the Pegasus Real Estate Fund (PREF) in late 2006.

PREF develops and acquires office, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality assets in Argentina with a view to create both capital appreciation and cash yields, using conservative capital structures.
